6:00pm or 8:30pm

Glover Park Brewery In Marietta will be hosting this socially distanced 4 course event.
Each dinner is limited to 40 guests. Please consider purchasing your tickets all together to assist us in best seating groups socially distanced from one another. The dinner will be provided by From the Earth Brewing with Glover Park Brewery providing the beers.

1st Course

Pilsner Battered Local Fried Mushroom with a Horseradish Aioli

Beer Pairing • Voodoo Pils, 4.5% Traditional Pilsner

2nd Course

Pan Seared U10 Scallops delicately placed on a Locally Sourced Carrot Puree

Beer Pairing • Some Beach, 6.5% IPA

3rd Course

Beer Braised Angus Short Ribs with Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Natural Au Jus

Beer Pairing • Tartan – 8.5% Scotch Ale

4th Course

Butterscotch Pudding with a dollop of Crème Fraîche

Beer Pairing • Snowmageddon, 6.5% Winter Ale
