Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Glover Park Concert Series, presented by Wellstar Health System with 6 FREE Friday night concerts, April – September in and around Glover Park on the Marietta Square. In partnership with the Downtown Marietta Development Authority and the Marietta Local Restaurant, enjoy the first ever Taste of Wine on May 29 from 6 – 9pm.
Whether you like indulging in your favorite premium wine or discovering selections not available in stores, you are invited to enjoy a thoughtfully curated wine list. Attendees are treated to a secure VIP area, three glasses of exceptional fine wines, featuring a few favorites such as Unshackled and Saldo by Prisoner (wines may vary) and engage in conversations with local experts and distributors. Tickets are required to attend the Taste of Wine event. Pre-purchased tickets are strongly recommended but onsite tickets will be available as space permits (discount ends May 21). Proceeds to benefit the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre.
From beloved local talent to standout national bands, music takes over Glover Park and the surrounding streets, turning them into one big open air dance floor where everyone is invited to move, mingle, and make memories. Pack a picnic, sample foods from the incredible restaurants nearby, then claim your perfect spot—blankets and lawn chairs are welcome in the park anytime on concert day. It is free to attend the concert, but tickets are required for the Taste of Wine event.
Ticket price is $35.00 and will increase to $40.00 after May 21 & walk ups (as long as space is available). The concert is free to attend.
