Veteran Appreciation Celebration

Each year the Kiwanis Club of Marietta takes great pride in honoring our nation’s Veterans.  Even in 2020, the year of Covid shut downs and cancelations, we would like to take a day to celebrate those men and women who served our great country.  We have joined forces with the Aviation History & Technology Center and other non-profit organizations in our community for a Veteran Appreciation Celebration!  This event is Saturday November 7^th from 12:00 to 6:00 with the Kiwanis Ceremony beginning at 1:30.  The Veteran’s Day Parade & Celebration committee has been hard at work pulling everything together and we would love for you to come out and join the celebration.  We are very excited to announce that we have our Grand Marshall and Keynote speaker, Colonel Pat “Phantom” Campbell of the USAF.  Colonel Campbell has been instrumental in our past Veterans Day Parades and we are so excited to have him with us this year.
