May-Retta Daze Arts, Crafts, & Music Festival
Saturday, May 6th- 10AM – 7 PM AND Sunday, May 7th- 11AM – 5 PM
May-Retta Daze is a two-day art, crafts and music festival at the Historic Marietta Square. The festival features exhibitors and artists showcasing handmade goods including painting, pottery, woodwork, metal, glass, fabric, soap, candles and more. The event will include live acoustic musical performances throughout both days.
Steel Magnolias at Marietta’s Theater in the Square
Weekends May 5th to 14th
Meet the southern ladies who are sweet as magnolias, but also tough as steel. Marietta’s Theater in the Square brings this classic Southern play by playwright Robert Harling to the community. This tenderhearted favorite is a story everyone should see.
M2R TrailFest
Saturday, May 13th- 12PM – 6PM
Popular public arts festival returns to downtown Marietta. M2R TrailFest features the debut of numerous art installations along portions of the Mountain to River Trail and in public parks. Enjoy live performances of dance, singing, music, and interactive art by local artists.
New this year is the Fur Folly Pet Parade. Pets and their owners are encouraged to dress in costumes. Staging begins at 10:30am at Lewis Park Dog Park, with a parade starting at 11am.

20th Annual Cobb Master Gardener Tour
Saturday, May 20th- 9AM – 4 PM
Jumpstart Spring with the Cobb Master Gardener’s 20th Annual Garden Tour. Explore five beautiful and unique gardens around East Cobb. The tour includes the 19-acre Jean and Elwood Wright Environmental Educational Center. Learn how to create your own backyard sanctuary.
Tickets are $21.00 in advance or $25.00 day of Tour.

Six Flags White Water Opening Weekend
Saturday & Sunday, May 13th & 14th- 11AM – 7 PM
The countdown to opening weekend has begun. Make a splash at Georgia’s most thrilling water park, reopening for the season. Located in Marietta, just off of I-75, Six Flags White Water is the largest water park in the South. With numerous water rides, water slides, a wave pool, lazy river, and more!
